Who we are and contact

Information we collect

We may collect information you submit through contact and booking forms, including name, email, phone, business name, address fields, and message; information exchanged while scoping or delivering a project; and technical information such as browser/device details, IP address, referral page, and approximate location derived from technical data. Do not submit sensitive personal information through a general website form.

HubSpot forms, CRM, and communications

The website contact form is provided through HubSpot and is intended to send the submitted information to Intelliifyx’s HubSpot CRM so we can receive, organize, and respond to inquiries. HubSpot may process information as a service provider under its own terms. We may use your details to answer requests, prepare proposals, deliver services, provide support, and send relevant service communications. Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by law and can be opted out of.

AI assistant chat messages

If the website AI assistant is enabled, messages you type are sent to Intelliifyx’s configured Hugging Face AI model to generate a response. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information. The assistant is not a contact form and does not intentionally create a CRM lead; use the HubSpot contact form to make an inquiry. The AI provider processes submitted chat text under its own terms.

Cookies, analytics, UTMs, and advertising

The site uses necessary technical storage and may use optional analytics and advertising tools. UTM campaign parameters, source values, and advertising click identifiers may be stored in session storage for attribution. HubSpot analytics and Meta Pixel advertising measurement load only after the visitor opts in through the site’s tracking choice. Visitors can change this choice using the Cookie choices control. The Meta Pixel may measure PageView and lead/thank-you events after consent.

Conversions API and tracking choices

If configured, a server-side Meta Conversions API relay may receive an event name, event identifier, timestamp, page URL, and campaign attribution after consent. No Meta access token is placed in browser code. Rejecting or withdrawing optional tracking prevents the theme’s optional analytics/advertising scripts and events from being initiated on subsequent page loads.

Payments and service providers

When payment is offered, payment details are handled by the payment processor shown for that transaction, which may include PayFast after merchant approval and integration. Intelliifyx does not intend to collect or store full payment-card credentials. Other service providers may include website hosting, HubSpot/CRM, automation platforms, AI/LLM and API providers, telephony, WhatsApp/SMS, email, analytics, and security services. They receive information only as needed for their service roles, subject to their applicable terms.

International processing and disclosures

Intelliifyx operates from Pakistan and serves customers in markets including the United States and United Arab Emirates. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, protect rights and safety, respond to lawful requests, or comply with legal obligations.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, project and accounting records, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, ask us to restrict or stop certain processing, withdraw optional tracking consent, or raise a complaint with a relevant authority.
